A two story Villa architect designed, spacious, modern type with roof terrace close to Airport. 2 rooms at upper floor with big terrace/balcony and 1 room at ground floor. Big hall, dining facilities, TV, kitchen etc. Nice garden and car parking facilities for the Guests. Guests are welcome for 24/7 and suitable for airport transit and short stay. Upper Floor: Room 1: Accommodates 1-4 guests, includes the room and attached washroom, but not access to Room 2. Queen size 2 beds available. Room 2: Accommodates 1-4 guests, includes the room and attached washroom, but not access to Room 1. Queen size 2 beds available. For 5-8 guests: Access to the entire upper floor including Room 1 & 2 with their attached washrooms. Queen size 4 beds available. Ground Floor: Room 3: Accommodates 1-4 guests, with 1 King size bed and 1 single bed. Suitable for families with a maximum of 2 kids. Access: Guests should select the appropriate number of guests when booking to determine access. Late checkouts are subject to a fee of $5 per hour and must be requested in advance. Last-minute requests may not be accommodated. Additional Amenities: The ground floor includes a hall, kitchen and dining area for 6, sofa set, seating arrangements, TV, swinging chair in the veranda, and garden access. This is a well-organized rental property with clear guidelines for guests.
