Looking for peace and quiet near Disney? Beautiful 42 m² functional and comfortable apartment, completely refurbished with private outdoor terrace. Air-conditioned bedroom Located 15 minutes from Disney, accessible and close to all amenities, Baby crib available in the accommodation Warning: Parties and events are prohibited! Unfortunately, access to the accommodation is not possible for people with reduced mobility. The shower, toilet and bedroom are upstairs accessible by a staircase. The space On the ground floor, the entrance window door will allow you to access the bright living/dining room with a window equipped with an electric roller shutter. There is also a 2-seat sofa, 2 nesting coffee tables, a TV on a movable arm (Fire Stick equipped), an extendable dining table, 2 comfortable chairs and a coat rack. You can enjoy a recent fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, 3-burner ceramic hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment with ice tray, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, plain dishes, water glasses, wine glasses, champagne glasses and bucket, digestive glasses, pots and pans, salad bowls, oven dishes, pizza plate, cutting board, corkscrew, stoppers, can opener, cutlery, carving knives, peeler... Upstairs, a mezzanine landing room, offering a large workspace with Wi-Fi, will also give you access to a separate bathroom with shower cabin and toilet, a vanity unit, a large mirror with lighting, a small trash can and plenty of storage. Towels, shower gel and shampoo will be at your disposal. Two steps higher, a large warm air-conditioned bedroom with a skylight window equipped with a blackout blind will welcome you. A double bed with 160*200 mattress, four pillows and bed linen will be at your disposal; as well as two bedside tables with lamps, 220 V/USB sockets and a standing fan. The room is equipped with closets with hangers, shelves and storage bins to unpack your suitcases. There is also an iron (demineralized water provided) and a small ironing board if needed. Upon your request, we will provide you free of charge with: a baby bed with mattress and fitted sheet, a changing mat and an adjustable high chair. Outside, you can enjoy a private terrace with 220V socket and outdoor light, a garden table and two chairs as well as an armchair. You can also park your bikes here if needed. Vacuum cleaner, broom, dustpan and brush, basin, microfiber MOP broom + bucket wringer, cleaning products, garbage bags will be available during the stay.
