It is composed of a nice living room of 43 m², equipped kitchen, four nice bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower and bathtub) and you can enjoy a garden of about 146 m². The space The accommodation is composed as follows: On the first floor : - A living room of 43 m² with a sofa bed and TV - A kitchen equipped with : electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, cooking plates... - Room 1 : a double bed (140×190) - A separate toilet On the first floor : - Bedroom 2: a bunk bed (double bed below, single bed above) and a BZ bench seat - Room 3: a double bed (140×190) with a workspace - Room 4: a double bed (140×190) - A bathroom with shower and bath and WC For even greater comfort: barbecue, fondue and raclette machine, cookeo, fan, highchair, washing machine, cot, two cots, plancha, iron and ironing board. Exterior : - A beautiful garden of 146 m². - A terrace of 5m² and a second one of 33m² with furniture to enjoy the nice days. The house is ideally located in Bouvaincourt-sur-Bresle, in a very pleasant environment.
