Above the house is a soccer field. Shopping facilities can be found in Treuchtlingen, just 3 km away. There is also a beautiful thermal bath - ideal for relaxing after an active day. For cyclists, the region offers routes for all performance levels - from leisurely enjoyment cyclists to ambitious athletes. The popular Franconian lake district with Lake Brombach and Lake Altmühl can be reached in only about 25 km - perfect for swimming trips, water sports or simply a day at the lake. HOUSE-RULES - Animals are not allowed in the apartment - Parties and events are not allowed - Please observe quiet hours at night from 11 pm to 6 am so that the neighbors can also feel comfortable.
