The panoramic view suite stretches over two floors and sleeps 6-10 guests with its 3 bedrooms and 2 sofa beds. Enjoy the fantastic view of the surrounding meadows, mountains and the surrounding area. The space The apartment is spread over two floors, with the 3 bedrooms on the 1st floor. Two of the rooms are about 16 m² and each have a double bed, a wardrobe, electric shutters and satellite TV. The slightly larger room (approx. 26 m²) offers a sofa bed in addition to the basic equipment of the other rooms. The open living/dining/kitchen area occupies the first floor. The comfortable couch in the living room can be used as a sleeping accommodation for 2 more guests. In front of the panoramic window is a large dining table overlooking the mountains. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, induction stove and microwave. A fully automatic coffee machine for whole coffee beans is available. The bathroom on the first floor offers a walk-in shower, a bathtub and a toilet. On the 2nd floor there is also a toilet with sink. The entire apartment has underfloor heating for extra comfort. Pets are welcome. There is a fee of €15/night for the additional cleaning effort. Guest access Access is obtained via a pin code. Other things to note Surrounded by green meadows, the terrace offers a first-class view of the nearby pond and the majestic mountains – a perfect place to relax with a cool beer or a glass of wine. Comfortable garden furniture and a spacious gas grill are available. The exclusive panoramic view suite pampers you with a hot tub embedded in the ground, exclusively for private relaxation. In the center of the Hölzler mountain domicile, there is also a rustic wooden sauna, artfully designed in the style of a circus wagon. (Sauna and hot tub use for a fee) Enjoy our cozy common room with heated ambiance – an inviting place for games and leisure. Table tennis, table soccer and darts are available to all guests to spend entertaining hours together.
