The space The apartment is spread over two floors, with the 3 bedrooms located on the 1st floor. Two of the rooms are approximately 16 m² (172 sq. ft.) in size, and each has a double bed, a wardrobe, electric roller shutters, and satellite TV. In addition to the basic amenities of the other rooms, the slightly larger room (approx. 26 m²) also offers a sofa bed. The open-plan living/dining/cooking area occupies the first floor. The comfortable couch in the living room can be used as a sleeping space for 2 additional guests. In front of the panoramic window is a large dining table with mountain views. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, induction stove, and microwave. A fully automatic coffee machine for whole coffee beans is available. The bathroom on the ground floor has a walk-in shower, a bathtub, and a toilet. On the 2nd floor, there is also a toilet with a sink. The entire apartment has underfloor heating for extra comfort. Pets are welcome; a fee of €15/night will be charged for the additional cleaning required. Guest access Access is obtained via a pin code. Other things to note Surrounded by green meadows, the terrace offers a first-class view of the nearby pond and the majestic mountains – a perfect place to relax with a cool beer or a glass of wine. In the center of the Hölzler mountain domicile, there is also a rustic wooden sauna, artfully designed in the style of a circus wagon. Table tennis, table soccer and darts are available to all guests to spend entertaining hours together.
