Ridley Manor is a delightful, warm, perfectly located retreat for the mountain biking and outdoor enthusiasts. With beautiful hiking trails and loads of mountain biking tracks to be explored right on the door step. A cosy fire and a hot tub welcome you home at the end of your day. The space This completely self-contained home has a fully equipped kitchen, (dishwasher, microwave, nespresso coffee maker, toastie maker) all the essentials you need. A breakfast bar that seats 4. A wonderfully comfortable sofa to relax on, a selection of books and board games to enjoy beside the cosy fire on inside days. An overhead ceiling fan and a heat-pump are also available for your comfort. The place is most suitable for two couples. There are stairs, and the pool or fire may pose a risk for young children, so we don't recommend this stay for children under 10, please feel free to enquire further. Upstairs is the master suite including ensuite, and a super king bed, slider doors that open out to a private deck with uninterrupted views of Mt Ruapehu, a small patio set provides a delightful space to enjoy a drink and soak in the view. There is also a mezzanine floor with a work desk, a perfect space to get a little work done if need be. An extra space with another TV and bean bags and board games is available to chill out in also. Downstairs is the second bedroom with a queen bed, and plenty of storage, you also have a full bathroom and a second separate toilet here. There is a carport for one car, but plenty of parking for a second. We ask that our guests treat this home with respect and care, with no parties, no smoking/vaping or loud music. Guest access There is a locked door in the downstairs bedroom. This is access to the garage and only available for the host. Other things to note Please note there is no 'dining table', there is a breakfast bar and stools for 4 people. For the spa, please note that there is no glass or food to be used or consumed while in use. The pool is available for Ridley Manor guests only. We advise guests have travel insurance, sometimes the unexpected happens and refunds will not be given within the 30 days before your arrival. The fire is unavailable during the summer months, November - June.
