This apartment has two bedrooms with a 160 cm x 190 cm double bed and one bedroom with two 90 cm x 190 cm single beds, we can also add a baby bed and a single bed. The building was completely renovated in 2022, to allow guests to enjoy a pleasant stay thanks to modern comforts and the charm of the old. Located on the ground floor, the accommodation allows you to be quiet thanks to its magnificent garden, while being close to shops and the city center. The space This apartment has all the comforts you need to feel even better than at home: - 2 spacious 25 m² bedrooms with quality bedding and storage spaces, - 1 bedroom of 12 m2 with storage and two single beds, - 2 bathrooms with a bathtub and shower, - bathroom accessories are provided, - a fully equipped kitchen with essential accessories: oven, large refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher - a living/dining room open to the kitchen, with a large comfortable sofa and large TV, and a magnificent view of the garden, - an office area to work in peace, - a washing machine and dryer are available. Guest access The apartment is fully available to guests: bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and living/dining area. Other things to note House Rules. - In case of late arrival (after 6:00 p.m.), on weekends and holidays, you will need to check yourself in using the key box system. If you need a person on site, there will be an additional fee of €40 if you absolutely want a physical welcome. - You'll need to show a photo ID upon check-in or email it to us for self check-in. - The residence is secured by security cameras in the common areas and a guard regularly passes through the building, if you need anything, do not hesitate to ask him. - Please close the building's entrance door after each departure. - We remind you that parties are strictly prohibited. The host reserves the right to keep the entirety of the security deposit (€300) if they find that a party has been organized. – For the respect of the neighborhood, it is strictly forbidden to make noise in the evening after 10 p.m. and before 8 a.m. in the morning. The sound volume, inside and outside the property, must be contained in order to respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood. In case of conflict and/or complaint, we reserve the right to evict tenants causing the trouble without any refund. - The neighborhood is allowed to call the police in case of noise. The Police are authorized to evacuate people if a party is held. - Smoking inside the accommodation is strictly forbidden. In accordance with the law and Airbnb's terms and conditions, we reserve the right to charge a €135 fee to any customer who has smoked in the accommodation and to deny them access to the property in the future. - No pets allowed in the property. - People outside the rental (families, friends, etc.) are not allowed to sleep on the premises. - Visitors are allowed from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. for a maximum of 4 visitors. You are responsible for the people who accompany you and their behavior. However, if you do not respect the number of people indicated when booking or if visitors are inside the accommodation after 7pm, a fee of €40 per night per person will be applied.
