Peaceful area with deer running wild on the property. House comes completely ready with games, gas grill on deck. There are stairs down to the water, but note the lake is at 5% so the dock and swimming aren't available. Easy 20 minutes from restaurants in Lakehills, and 30 minutes from San Antonio outskirts.
