A restored 1920's farmhouse offers 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with a loft. The loft can sleep up to 6 additional people. Open living & kitchen with views of the great outdoors. The front porch is perfect for watching the sun set or enjoying the peaceful morning. The neighbors have 2 friendly dogs that will greet you. Property is located on 29 acres they you can explore and enjoy the outdoors. There is a horse farm close and cows that graze on the next pasture. Sunsets are amazing at the top of the hill. There is a large field for playing games such as kickball, ladder ball, football, etc. Come relax on the porch and enjoy the fresh air. Pets are on a case by case bases. Please message host if you want to bring your pet. There is a $50/day charge for each pet. You can explore the whole 29 acres. Fully fenced with a dry creek that sometimes has water. Trails throughout the property are great for exploring. A fire pit is great for s’mores. There are 2 rentals on the 29 acres. I am available on text for my guests. Trade days is the last Saturday of every month and fun Shops line the courthouse, great restaurants, wineries, and so much more. Enter the gate with Dogwood over the top. Open the gate and drive through and up the the house where there is a fence. You can go up the stairs to the farmhouse. There are many great restaurants around the property.
