We have all the infrastructure of Cond. Eco Resort for an excellent stay, with comfort and convenience in addition to an amazing leisure area. Located by the sea ("foot in the sand") with beach facilities and easy access to trendy restaurants in the region such as Bora Bora and Beijupirá. The ideal place to enjoy and relax! The space - There are 04 rooms, 01 master suite with Smart TV and balcony for 4 people + 01 suite with TV for 3 people + 01 suite with reversible bathroom with TV and bunk bed for 3 people + 01 room for 2 people (see note below). Living room with Smart TV, reclining sofa, wine cellar, dining table, fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, air fryer, cooktop, electric oven and complete crockery/utensils. Service area with external bathroom and washer/dryer. Gourmet area with table for 8 people, barbecue, brewery, shower, hammocks, sun table and chairs, garden sofa, sun loungers and parasol. - In addition to the bungalow's exclusive pool, there are 02 water parks that serve the Eco Resort with pools and hydromassage. The Condominium also has a sports court, tennis court, fully equipped gym, cinema room, outdoor playgrounds, sand courts (beach tennis, soccer and volleyball/footvolleyball), sauna, playroom, laundry, games room, helipad , own restaurant with breakfast/lunch/dinner, convenience store, among others. - The accommodation includes the assistance of our secretary, available to assist guests with the house and kitchen from 8 am to 4 pm. - Note: The 4th bedroom is an annex next to the master bedroom (upper part of the Bungalow) with 2 single beds, this means that the Bungalow can accommodate up to 12 people in beds. This extension does not have a window and a bathroom, so people who sleep in this space need to use the bathroom in the master bedroom or go downstairs to use the guest bathroom. Guest access - It is essential to forward the license plates of the cars for the proper authorization at the entrance of the Condominium. 02 cars are allowed, according to the number of garages available for the bungalow. It is important to pay attention to the sign "62" on the floor painting. Other things to note - The accommodation includes the assistance of our secretary, available to assist guests with the house and kitchen from 8 am to 4 pm. This is a benefit granted by the owners, however it is important to emphasize that for reservations longer than 5 days, there is the rest provided by law as well as absence in case of illness or something extraordinary. In these cases, there is no obligation for the owner to offer another secretary. - Bed linen and towels (pool and shower) are included in the reservation. - Visitors are not allowed to the bungalow due to the prohibition of the internal regiment of the Condominium. The maximum number of people is 10 between adults and children. - Quiet hours (condominium): 22:00 - 08:00. - All house and condominium rules must be obeyed.
