Please note that the basement and backyard is not included. 4 queen sized beds + 1 double bed complete with all linen and towels. 2 full bathrooms with shower on the second floor. 1 bathroom on the first floor. Fully stocked kitchen for meal preparation. Microwave, oven, and dishwasher included. Washer and dryer in the house. Coffee, tea, towel, shampoo, and body wash provided. Flat screen TV Free Wifi Driveway parking for up to 1 car. Other things to note Please note that this house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. We do not allow any party, get-together, birthday, wedding, bachelor, meet ups, commercial usage. No social gathering of any type. If you plan on such an activity, we will know. We will come immediately to ask you to leave the property. Authority can be contacted. You will lose all your safety deposit and your rent will not be refunded. Backyard & basement is not included in the rental. Another renter lives in the basement. They have their own entrance and exit and will not be sharing any indoor space with you. Please note that with long term bookings (28+ days), we only provide an initial stock, and not refills on supplies such as: toilet paper, shampoo, bodywash, etc. Long term guests are responsible to provide these items for monthly stays after the initial provided stock runs out. As with all houses in the neighbourhood, there is only 1 set of AC and heating furnace for the entire house. Therefore, there isn't any separate thermostat control provided.
