Hi, You will stay in a large house of 140 m² habitable in a very quiet area of Castres, located at the foot of our beautiful Sidobre region and the Black Mountain in the beautiful South Tarnais country, its rivers and lakes, only 2 minutes from all amenities and 10 minutes from the city center. The house is equipped with a large 48 m² heated outdoor pool (depth of 1.05 m to 1.45 m) with roller shutter protection and its covered terrace. The space You will stay in the house I occupy year-round with my 2 children. So I care a lot about respect for my property and your savoir-vivre. It is composed: 1 equipped kitchen 1 living room dining area with convertible corner sofa 3 bedrooms (2 double beds 140x190 and one single bed 160 x 200) 1 bathroom with WC included 1 separate toilet. 1 double garage with a reserved space for your vehicle, garage that will remain accessible by me only if needed after warning you. Pool with technical room (no handling of machinery without my consent) Guest access You will have access to almost all parts of the house, except for the rooms reserved for my private storage and mentioned by an explicit sign. Access to 100% of the rest of the property Other things to note I do not accept any events in my house: festive evenings, weddings, baptisms, engagements and other!
