The “Carriage House” is roughly 1000 square feet the Carriage House has a bedroom with a king bed, two living rooms, kitchenette and bathroom. It is located about 150’ from the main house. "Hidden Lake" is gated and secluded on 11 acres, IN town and close to the University of Florida with an extra large master suite with whirlpool tub, fireplace, and walk in closet and expansive views of a private lake. A second en'suite and two additional rooms accommodates up to 10 guests. Optional guest house that sleeps 4 more can be arranged and just a 200 feet from the main home.
