Socratous House

Socratous House is within easy reach of: coffee shops, restaurants, an ATM, Pharmacies, beach bars, Papagalakia Island, electric car charge points, supermarkets, and several beaches. Ideal for work purposes with 5G. wifi. making it home from home. It is NOT SUITABLE for young children/infants under 12 years. Also, for people with mobility difficulties due to the steps accessing from the street and also the stairwell to the roof terrace. Athens can be reached within an hour, traffic permitting. The space The house offers comfortable accommodation on one level. A private courtyard off the bedrooms at the rear, a veranda at the front, and a roof terrace (both with panoramic sea views) offering a choice, be it for relaxation or outdoor dining. Towels and bedding are provided, including beach towels. A small welcome pack is also included. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house. Other things to note For insurance purposes, please include ALL guests (including children over 12 and under 17) staying at Socratous House.
