These are common in hill country and cars of all sizes are fine... just drive slowly (10 mph) The space I purchased this property as a way to get away, unplug, and host my family. I want to share the peaceful property with others who are looking for the same. This property is perfect for families, friends, and yogis (yoga from the observation deck at sunrise or sunset is quite zen). Guest access Guest will have exclusive access to the entire 8 acres property and three cabins. Other things to note Pricing includes all three cabins, a private pool, hot tub, and the observation deck. Cabin 1 has a loft space with Queen size bed and a reading nook with another queen bed as well as a balcony with chairs and a breakfast table. Downstairs the living room has an Indian day bed with a Casper twin mattress. There is a full kitchen and bathroom. The living room has an HD Samsung Frame TV with apple (Netflix, Amazon, and Disney+) we also have an extensive DVD library, plenty of games, and shelves of books. Cabin 2 has a Queen size bed and a twin xl bed plus a Bang & Olufsen Bluetooth speaker. There is a small front porch with a couple of chairs and a large back porch with a farm-style dining table that seats up to 10 people, overlooking our little pasture area. It also has a full bathroom and kitchenette (mini-fridge, microwave, toaster, and Keurig) Cabin 3 has a Queen size bed and a full private bathroom. It also has its own screened-in porch with hand-made stained glass windows. There is a mini-fridge and Bang & Olufsen Bluetooth speaker. In addition to high-speed wifi, we have a cell signal booster so the property gets blazing-fast 5g cell service (up to 100mbps) Quiet hours outside after 10pm * We have a Minut Smart Home Security system at the property, it monitors sound levels but does not record or share audio. **We are listed as pet-free as we are not set up to accommodate pets; for service animals or exceptions, please send us a message as we can pet-proof and deep clean the smallest cabin (with stained glass sunroom) with advance notice. (One of the owners has severe asthma and pet allergies)
