Don't worry we always give a heads up if water clearing operation is done by the provider, and we usually block the calendar if it does happen. 5. Insects and Bugs Philippines is a tropical country, so expect to have small creatures visiting. As much as our team clean the place, we can't help it but have them. We'll provide insect spray for roaches, ants, etc. 6. Location - Grab and food panda is available for food deliveries. - Joyride app can be used in case you need a transport service, or we can assist you in getting a private car / tricycle service in case you need one. 7. Netflix Account Provided for Free. Our Netflix account is automatically set up on our TV. In case you experience any issues with it, please call our team for any assistance you may need. Or you may use your own account if it's late night and log it out before leaving the place. 8. Power outage - It's normal in the Philippines to experience sudden power outages. Please don't panic if it happens. Just give us a heads up, and we will check the electric provider about its resumption. 9.
