Our 110-square-meter loft apartment has a magical atmosphere and will give you plenty of space. With many bed configurations, the four bedrooms can comfortably accommodate up to 9 people and are ideal for groups or, for example, two families. As is our custom, it's fully equipped for everything, so you'll enjoy maximum comfort. The bar in the living room is great, and when combined with the corner sofa and the dining area, it creates a wonderful social space. The apartment includes a shared terrace with a grill and a nice seating area. The space Our apartments are thought out in detail and superbly equipped to give you perfect comfort and make you feel at home or even better ;) We want you to leave us reborn. That's why we've fine-tuned our accommodation to connect all 4 elements: you'll lie down in beds with grounding, drink live vortex water and, thanks to ionization, breathe air as clean as in the mountains. It's just a relaxation that you'll really feel. ´ All have a modern fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, excellent sleeping and modern audio-visual equipment. Each suite is different, has its charm, and there is a parking lot right next to the house for free for all guests. The comfort of the house will also be provided by a grill, terrace, fast Wifi, quality picture & sound and, last but not least, a washing machine with a dryer. All are simply perfect for a one-night stay on a business trip or a long stay while on vacation. Business and business travelers will find a post office around the corner and a bar with a decent selection in front of the house. The public transport stop to Karlovy Vary and the surrounding area is basically around the corner with good connection even over the weekend. For active athletes, there is a top workout and football pitch, including children's climbing frames and refreshments, 200 m from the accommodation. Peace and quiet will be provided by a forest park with a stream about 400m from the house or ponds and trails nearby accessible by bike and on foot. Guest access 1. Contactless check-in: We have a self-check-in process in our accommodation for a smooth and pleasant arrival. Due to the contactless operation, we ask you to send a copy of the identity cards or passports of all accommodated guests. It replaces the classic check-in at the reception. 2. Clean air first: In the apartment you will find an ionizer for air "like in the mountains". In order for this technology to work and the space to remain healthy, the entire interior is strictly non-smoking. If you wish to smoke, please use the outdoor areas. Smoking is subject to a fine of 200 EUR. 3. Peace for regeneration 💤 Our earthed beds call for deep sleep. Please be quiet between 10:00pm - 6:00am so that all guests and neighbors can rest. 4. 4 Elements: Vortex water, grounding pads and ionizer are fully available to you. We only ask that you use them gently. If you want to turn it off - no problem. 5. For your safety, the common areas of the building, the parking lot, and the shared 4 Elements terrace on the 2nd floor are under constant video surveillance. Please be considerate of other guests and also respect the privacy of guests in apartment #1 Fresh Garden, which has its own lower terrace. 6. Check-out with a smile 🔑 On the day of departure, please leave the apartment by 9:00 am so that we can prepare everything perfectly for the next guests. Before leaving, please just check that the windows are closed and the lights are off. Please return the keys to the keybox. 7. We sort because we care about nature ♻️ We will be very happy if you help us with waste sorting. Plastic, paper and glass bins can be found in the kitchen of the apartment under the sink. 8. Did something break? This happens to everyone - please let us know as soon as possible so we can fix it before other guests arrive.
