The room is separated from the rest of the house with an impressive floor-to-ceiling wooden teak sliding door, allowing you to have a diaphanous space open to the rest of the house or closed and dark to sleep if you wish. The bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The house also has a guest toilet. The whole house has air conditioning and Wifi. The terrace has a chill-out where the guest can contemplate nature and views relaxing "al fresco". On the terrace there are also two sun loungers and a dining table where you can enjoy a dinner under the stars. The house is surrounded by forest and a Mediterranean garden. In the garden, next to the centennial olive tree, we find a barbecue. The 10x4 pool has a wooden platform and comfortable hammocks where you can rest by the water. The pool is entirely for private use. Surf House is located about 50 meters away from the main house, where the owners of the house, a lady and her son, live. Privacy is maximum. The two houses are located on a 15,000m2 elevated plot with excellent views and just one kilometer away from the charming town of San José. The closest beaches are Es Jondal, Cala Tarida, Cala Conta and Cala Bassa, all of them just ten minutes away by car. All the land is fenced, it has private parking, automatic gate to access the property and an intercom.
