Extra Large studio apartment in a hillside home. NO TELEVISION SET Full private kitchen, bathroom with shower, dining area and pool (unheated.). Located in the picturesque town of Santa Paula, 15 miles to Ojai and 17 miles to Ventura. I live in on the top floor of the home though there is ample privacy between the units and separate, private entrances. Full use of the pool. I do my best to let guests have the pool to themselves. NOTE: BED IS ON THE SOFT SIDE The space A great space to escape the city, enjoy the quiet hills of Santa Paula, and day trip to Ojai, Ventura, Santa Barbara and beyond. We do have WIFI however we do not have a TV in this property. Guest access Guest has full access to the yard and pool. Other things to note This space requires using a handful of stairs to access. 2 guests only. $150 fee for bringing more than 2 guests and we will ask you to leave the property immediately. The bed is full size and on the softer side. Unapproved late check out after 11am fee $100. Pet fee $30 per pet. $60 pet fee for stays over 5 days. Please inform us if you intent to bring a pet before booking.
