This offers full privacy and the best views in the area in a very natural and peaceful environment. The surroundings of the hidden gem Hiriketiya are one of a kind in Sri Lanka. You will soon notice the difference with other popular beach towns: authentic and chill vibe, great food, no busy roads, not too crowded, and nature all over. Digital Nomads The penthouse is the perfect place for digital nomads. It has its own SLT Fibre connection. It is the best internet possible for the location. You can comfortably video call or stream content. Although it is weather sensitive, in extreme conditions, the connection can slow down. Families & friends There is room for up to 6 people. There are 2 canopy double beds and one bunk bed. The most comfortable situation would be 4 adults and 2 kids or 2 adults and up to 4 kids (or more if they don't mind sharing a bed). Living area The living area is decorated with calming and natural furniture and brings nature inside with huge palm trees and other tropical plants inside. Everything you will find here is 'made in Sri Lanka'. You can make a cup of Ceylon tea and enjoy the scenic views while reading a book on the window couch. Kitchen area The kitchen area is small but has all you need to make incredible breakfasts or even lunch and dinner. You have a small but powerful multi-cooker, a glass blender, a fridge with a freezer, and an electrical pan. We provide basic necessities such as cooking oil and spices. Sleeping rooms The penthouse has 2 spacious rooms with attached bathrooms with A/C and hot water. The second room has a double bed and a bunk bed. Ideal for kids. Tropical garden & private beach You can relax in the shared tropical garden. It is shared with the guests of the 3 downstairs rooms. You have sunbeds, hammocks, and access to a private beach. The beach is perfect for bathing in rock pools and doing some rock hikes. It is not ideal for swimming, however, the swimming area is only a 5 min walk further. Guest access The penthouse is located on the site of a guesthouse with all its advantages of it, but runs separately and has full privacy. Avisa (the Co-host) can help you with anything you need; from renting a tuk-tuk to finding specific shops or services. There is free parking on the premises.
