Guest access You will have the entire upper unit and upper balcony to yourself. There is a shared room in the basement with a washer and dryer that are just for guests. The backyard is a shared space and you are welcome to enjoy it! ** Just a heads up there is 18 stairs up to the apartment ** Other things to note I have 2 tabby cats. They may be in some common areas occasionally. One is very social and may want to even say hi!
