Being so close, you’re sure to nab the best spot at low tide to set yourself up a natural hot pool; simply grab the available spades and get digging! When you get back, rinse off under the hot and cold outdoor shower. Enjoy the floor-to-ceiling, wall-to-wall windows and open-plan living space which are ideal for watching the bird life on the stream and in the native Pohutukawa trees. Get your family and friends together for a memorable holiday you won't forget. Grab a coffee or small bite to eat within a 3 minute walk at Hotties Cafe or Hot Waves Cafe, grab some fish’n’chips at the Top-10 Holiday Park. Take a short 10-minute drive to Hahei Beach where you can walk the bush trail to the epic Cathedral Cove (currently closed due to slips), and tuck into wood-fired pizzas and craft beer at The Pour House on return! Also within a 10 -15 minute drive is The Hive, Purangi Golf Club, Eggsentric Café and the Whitianga Ferry at Ferry Landing. Break up the day and get out of the sun by popping back to your home away from home for a BBQ lunch! Prepare some delicious sides in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with scullery and get grilling on the deck. Share a meal together at the large dining tables indoors and outdoors. •The master bedroom is a haven featuring a luxurious king-size bed, ensuite bathroom, and patio access. •Two of the guest rooms feature queen sized beds and patio access. There are plenty of conveniences for everyone with a main bathroom plus separate additional toilet. •A uniquely configured bedroom with a king bed and a double bed is the ideal haven for the kids on a multi-family beach getaway! There is also a port-a-cots available on request ($45.00 / stay including linen and baby towel). For a classic Kiwi beach holiday with lashings of luxury, Hot Water Escape awaits! Please be sure to specify in your booking comments if you require port-a-cots. As the property has unfenced access to a stream and the beach, adults should closely supervise young children while outside to ensure they are safe around water. As the deck barrier is below 1 metre high, all guests should take care in this area due to the risk of falls. As there is a section of the deck without a barrier with a small drop on to grass, all guests should take care when using this area due to the risk of falls. Other things to note Linen & Towels are provided excl. Beach Towels which can be hired for $5.00/each. Ecostore products are also provided at the house. We stock up the pantry with cooking oil, salt & pepper. Cleaning is also included in the rate, please leave the house tidy. A portacot is available upon request and can be hired for $45.00/stay.
