Centrally located to downtown Boise, Boise River, the greenbelt, military reserve trails. Cottage is on same property as owner, with separate entrance, private front and backyard space. Worry free work, with high speed internet. Enhanced cleaning, with each room cleaned with UV light, all touched surfaces bleached between guests. The space Spacious and open private cottage. Has a gradual staircase leading up to a comfortable queen bed. Relax in the reading nook with your favorite book. Downstairs is a modern queen sofa bed with throw pillows and blankets to cuddle up on. Full kitchen is stocked with necessities and more, including Nespresso machine/pods, pots/pans, cooking oil, and spice assortment. Washer and dryer in unit. Bathroom has shower and bright skylight. Private front porch and private back porch with outdoor bench seating. Two Bicycles and lock available. Guest access Full access to entire guest cottage, private restroom and front and backyard. Other things to note Newly remodeled, beautiful open space. High speed WiFi available to work from home and stream your own Netflix, Hulu or Amazon. Blue ray player and movies are available. Shoes off is recommended. Cottage is disinfected with UV light between each guest. The backyard and front patio are private, however it is separated by a fence from our yard. We are occasionally outside playing and our dogs are in the yard as well. 2 bikes available, lock and helmets included. Tires are pumped up, chains are greased and ready to go!
