Nestled in the midst of nature, this spacious 2LDK single-family house provides a comfortable living room, a bath, and inviting bedrooms. It underwent renovation in April 2021, and one of its unique features is the glass-walled dress room. However, the standout aspect is its expansive balcony, stretching across nearly the entire length of the building. From this vantage point, you can relish the breathtaking vistas of the surrounding landscape and indulge in outdoor activities like BBQs.  There are two bedrooms: 2F Japanese-style room: 1double bed, 1 Futon 2F Western-style room: 2 semi-single beds We can accommodate up to 5 guests. If you have a larger group, please feel free to get in touch with us. *AMENITIES We provide a set of bath towels and face towels for each person. Please feel free to use the washing machine and dryer during your stay. □Bathroom Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, face wash □Dressing room Bath towels, face towels, hair dryer, toothbrushes, combs, cotton puffs, a razor, and body towels *KITCHEN We provide seasonings such as salt, sugar, pepper, soy sauce, and cooking oil, as well as kitchen appliances such as a fridge, a microwave oven, a toaster, a rice cooker, coffee grinder, pans, pots, cutting boards, cutting knives, a strainer, a peeler, ladles, a grater, and more. A coffee set is provided. For the tablewares, there are plates, cutleries, cups, glasses, wine glasses, bowls, chopsticks and more. *SHOPPING There is a grocery store named MaxValue Atami Taga branch , conveniently located about a 10-minute drive away. We recommend that you consider purchasing any necessary items before your check-in because there are no grocery stores nearby and delivery to the accommodation is not available. *BBQ BBQs are permitted between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM. There's a 1500 yen fee to utilize the lectric grill for the duration of your stay. You can conveniently make this payment using your credit card by scanning the QR code provided at the accommodation. We offer tongs, a gridiron, and seasonings for your convenience. Please bring your own food, and BBQ sauce if desired, skewers, and etc. You can still have a BBQ even if it rains since there is a roof on the balcony. However, please keep in mind that if there is strong wind, the BBQ might not be possible. For safety reasons, please refrain from bringing your own charcoal. Also, please note that the exterior lights will automatically turn off at 9:00 PM, so make sure to conclude your BBQ activities by then. Kindly note that starting from October 1, 2023, there will be a revision in the BBQ fee. The new BBQ fee will be 1,500 yen for the entire duration of your stay. *PROJECTOR You can enjoy Amazon Prime Video, Netflix, and YouTube. However, we will discontinue providing Netflix and Amazon Prime accounts as of January 5, 2026. You will still be able to enjoy movies and videos within the facility, but please log in using your own account when viewing. Additionally, if using our company account, you will not be able to view paid content. Therefore, if you wish to view paid content, please prepare your own account. Standard broadcast TV channels are not accessible, but BS channels are available. Furthermore, if you wish to project your own content, you can connect it using an approximately 3-meter long HDMI cable. Kindly replace the fireTV stick with an HDMI terminal and return it after usage. *WIFI 
We provide free WiFi with a very stable speed of 250 to 300Mbps, allowing you to watch movies without any difficulty.
 *PARKING There is a parking space available for 3 cars on the premises. Other things to note <> ++About changing the number of guests++ We do not have a room charge system, so even if you are within the maximum number of guests, the price will change according to the number of guests. If there is a change in the number of guests, please contact us at least one day prior to your stay. In addition, if you are only using the facilities for a BBQ or other event and not staying overnight, you will still be charged the usual additional fee. ++Smoking++ Smoking is strictly prohibited within the building. Smoking area is limited on the balcony only. In case any guest smokes in the building, we will fine 80,000 JPY. ++Fireworks&sparkles++
 Fireworks are not allowed on the premises. However, you will be able to enjoy handled fireworks, which do not make loud sounds, at Nagahama Keihin Park. It takes approximately 11-minute by car. ++ About the natural environment ++ The property is located in a rich natural environment, so you can see wild birds, squirrels, and other animals such as beetles. Although we take measures to prevent insects from entering the rooms, it is difficult to prevent them completely, so we do not recommend guests who are not fond of insects to stay at the hotel. We apologize for the inconvenience and ask for your understanding. ++About noises++ The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood, so we kindly ask you to avoid making loud noises outside of the house. You are welcome to use the speaker and enjoy conversations with your group, but please be mindful of the neighbors as well. In the event that the neighbors file a noise complaint, we may need to ask you to vacate the premises. Thank you for your cooperation in advance. ++Number of guests++ We are not a room charge system. Rates will vary depending on the number of people. If any change of number of guests happens, please let us know. In case of change of guests happens without notifying us, we will charge fee of additional guest and 1.5 times of the total fee of stay. ++Caution++ If there is any damage or loss to the belongings, walls, floors, furniture, or other items in the house during your stay, we will charge you for the full cost of restoration. If the condition of the house after your stay is noticeably poor, we may also require compensation from you. ++Late Check-Out Policy++ In the event of an unnotified late check-out, a penalty fee of 5,000 yen will be incurred for every 30-minute interval. ++Available check-in time++ Check-in time is from 15:00 to 22:00.
