The space The villa is located in the town of Valle Bernardo, near the church of San Bernardo, surrounded by greenery, among lush olive trees and vines, in the Aurunci Mountains Regional Park. The building consists of two apartments with separate entrances, one on the mezzanine floor with three rooms, all with a private bathroom plus a kitchen, and the other on the first floor with three other rooms plus a kitchen and bathrooms. All rooms are air-conditioned and the kitchens, in common, are both equipped with an induction hob, a refrigerator, an oven with a dishwasher and two bathrooms with a washing machine. For two rooms on the mezzanine floor, private access from side entrances is also possible. Flat-screen smart TVs and Wi-Fi are installed in all rooms and kitchens throughout the complex. In the garden there is a barbecue for your outdoor barbecues. Outside the building, there are CCTV cameras, and inside the enclosure, there is a free unattended parking lot reserved for guests, with four covered parking spaces.
