If you are looking for a few quiet days to relax, sleep in and enjoy or rather an active weekend for hiking, mountain biking, swimming or discovering sights - then you are in the right place in the very idyllically located village of Utzstetten in the municipality of Täferrot. The space The vacation apartment is a new building that was completed in 2022 and is located on the second floor of an annex, which can be reached via a staircase. The 42 m² living area has two bedrooms, a daylight bathroom, a fully equipped, modern kitchenette and a dining area. A comfortable sofa invites you to watch TV and relax. The 7 m² roof terrace with south orientation provides a relaxing view of nature and allows beautiful sunrises to be observed. Guest access The property can be reached via an entrance hall with a staircase, which can also be used by other guests. Other things to note Prices are per night incl. utilities, beds, towels and dish towels. We charge a cleaning fee of €30 per stay
