The space Rooftop Amenities: - Hot tub - Weber gas grill - Couch / sitting area - Solo Stove (fire pit). BYOWood, rooftop box provided for storing wood. Peloton provided for use of registered guests. Must bring your own shoes and log in to your own account for use. We love furry friends, but we have a 1 pet maximum (cats must be hypoallergenic) and you must announce that you are bringing a pet and inquire with the host about pet rules via message. Important disclosure - the main living area and kitchen are on the first floor. There are no bathrooms on the first floor. Two bedrooms and one bath on the 2nd floor, and the master is on the third floor. If climbing stairs is a challenge for you, this listing is likely not a good match. Guest access - Parking is the middle spot in the lot or on the street. The parking spot is tight and best for a compact or standard sedan. A small SUV is stretching it and any large vehicle will not fit. - Street parking is free and not zoned. - There are a handful of craft breweries walking/biking distance. - 10-15 minute Uber to most tourist attractions including the Space Needle and Pike Place Market. Other things to note Ballard is a hip waterfront neighborhood with trendy restaurants, indie shops, bars and craft breweries centered on historic Ballard Avenue. Ships and salmon pass through the Hiram M. Chittenden Locks, or Ballard Locks, also a popular picnic spot.
