Distances from house: 25 min drive: Airport, YVR 18 min drive: Downtown Vancouver 20 min drive: Cruise Ship Terminal 20 min walk: Public Transport Light Rail 2 min walk: Groceries/restaurants/liquor store Includes high-speed WiFi, Smart TV (Amazon Prime), Free Coffee (Keurig) & Tea Guest access Check-in time: 3:00pm (1500 hrs) Check-out time: 11:00am (1100 hrs) . Self-check-in with keycode access Parking: Free street parking is readily available. Over night parking is allowed and there are no fees/costs to park. Other things to note There are two other units on the property, one adjacent to this suite, and we live upstairs with our young family with a toddler who likes to run around. While efforts were made to mitigate sound transfer from the units, It is common to hear regular footsteps from above or noise transfer from the other units. - The place is suitable for only TWO adults - There is no partying or loud music allowed - Quiet hours: 10pm-8am - Absolutely no smoking allowed on the entire property. - Security cameras are located on the perimeter of the house facing all entrances and the street.
