Therefore, you will find care for ecology and the environment embedded throughout the home and its surroundings. Use of plastic is minimal. Waste is segregated and food waste is composted for use in the garden. The outdoors have a natural Himalayan ecosystem mixed with typical hill-station garden plants. The grounds/gardens are free of chemical sprays and organic vegetables are being grown. The gardens are also managed so that native/wild flora is encouraged to thrive. FOOD Home-cooked, Three Meals - Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner at INR 1600 per person (inclusive of GST). Two Meals - Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner - 1,200 per person (inclusive of GST). One Home Cook & Resident home-keeper Chief of Guest Relations (available on call) Bonfire in the private lawn BBQ Veg Meal - 1,200 per person (inclusive of GST). BBQ Non Veg Meal - 1,800 per person (inclusive of GST). Guest are welcome to use Kitchen for reheating purpose only In case you wish to avail the kitchen for self use there is a cost of INR 5,000 Per Day. This is a Dinner Option (possible for bookings done at least 24 hours in advance). ☆ All food is freshly prepared as per your custom requirements ☆ The home cook will note your meal requirements ☆ Please inform them of any dietary restrictions ☆ Food orders for all meals need to be given latest by 3.00 pm the previous day ☆ Dinner will be served latest by 10.00 pm ☆ Breakfast will be available from 7.00 am onwards This home is located in an upmarket residential area, with neighbouring homes. This home is best suited for families and friends groups, looking to spend quality time together. It is important that your group maintain the peace and serenity of the neighbourhood. Accordingly, to avoid a mismatch in expectations during your stay. Pets not not allowed. The villa is approx. 1.5 kms from the mall road. PLEASE NOTE: We do not allow loud music or noises. In the event you wish to play music outdoors, at acceptable volumes, we suggest you do so during the day from 11.00 AM to 7.00 PM. After dark, music can be played indoors. This home has an inverter power backup. Normally, we don’t face major power cuts. However, in the event of major supply problem for long, the backup standby will be for approx. 6 hours. We strongly condemn the illegal practice of prostitution and drugs. Any suspicion would be immediately be reported to the local police. Our home is not ideal for stag bookings. External decorators and event planners are welcome, subject to a service fee of ₹5,000. Kindly note that all third-party vendors must be pre-approved prior to arrival. Request you for an acknowledgment.  1.⁠ ⁠The number of guests should not exceed the count mentioned at time of booking, at any time during the stay. Please inform about any travelling staff too.  2.⁠ ⁠ID’s of all guests to be given as the booking is confimed.  3.⁠ ⁠Food orders must be received by 3.00 PM the previous day, to allow for procurement of fresh supplies and preparation time. Food menu has nominal prices per person, the guest relations will share with you.  4.⁠ ⁠We suggest that dinner be served by 10.00 PM at the latest. For late service, food can be made available in casseroles.  5.⁠ ⁠Parties, loud noises and music that disturb neighbours is not permitted  6.⁠ ⁠Breakages or damage of home items will be charged on 'actuals'  7.⁠ ⁠Any illegal activity, use of narcotics, prostitution, etc. are not permitted  8.⁠ ⁠No smoking indoors & check if the villa is suitable for pets ( there are pet rules and a security deposit of INR 5000).  9.⁠ ⁠Arrival 2.00 PM and Departure 11.00 AM 10.⁠ ⁠INR 10,000 Refundable deposit mandatory for all bookings before arrival. 11.⁠ ⁠All male staff (drivers, PSO's) sleep arrangements can be made outside, at a nominal cost, and are not permitted to stay in the villa. We will be happy to make these arrangements for you. 12.⁠ ⁠It is strongly suggested that all F&B for male staff be arranged outside to avoid pressure on your home kitchen and challenges during your meal service.
