Come hang your hat in this perfect hideaway. This room is furnished with a dreamy one king bed and an attached spa-like bathroom. There is a mini-refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker, microwave and a good-sized closet. You are sure to feel right at home in this unique and quaint setting. The space Greetings and a Big Welcome! I have a 3-story home with 2759 sq, ft. of living space for you to call home. The main level and the downstairs measure 1117 sq; ft. each, and the Hayloft measures 525 sq; ft. Generally, there are no more than four people residing in the entire home. My guests are always welcome to use the full kitchen and dining table on the main level. The shared laundry room is downstairs just off the family room. The patios and BBQ grill outside, are shared. I work around your schedule, and you will take the lead on our interactions. Barn 307 is located on the main level. This space is generally only rented during Cheyenne Frontier Days in July. The Bunkhouse is on the bottom level and has a private entrance. This listing is perfect for those in need of a Long-term -rental. This unit has a super cozy and clean queen size bed with an oversized closet, and an attached oversized bathroom. You’ll enjoy generous living space that includes a kitchenette, fireplace and cable TV. You will also like the laundry room being on this level. This area has a second bedroom and will only be rented out as single occupancy to whomever you choose. Please inquire about pricing. This is a convenient option in the event you have a co-worker that needs a place to call home for a while and you are willing to share your space and bathroom . The Hayloft is on the upper level. It is another guest favorite. It has 525 sq ft. of living space. You’ll love the most comfortable and clean king bed ever! Attached is a tastefully designed spa-like bathroom. This is a very spacious and unique attic, equipped with window AC in the summer. Because of The Hayloft's distinct location, it is best suited for folks under 6' tall. Although, some have dared and survived. (lol) Access to the Hayloft is through the back door of the home and just to the left of the main dining room. You are sure to enjoy your privacy in the Hayloft. I am available via calls, text, or Airbnb messaging. I can hear my calls and texts easier than the Airbnb notifications. If you are interested, I offer weekly cleaning and laundry services. Please inquire for pricing. Lastly, guests agree to be personally and financially responsible for all unusual damage to the housing structure, furnishings, damage to walls, etc., This includes, but is not limited to, flooring, carpet, replacing stained or torn bed linens, the cost of replacement supplies, sub-contractors and hourly labor costs. The schedules usually come out in January, but is typically held the last 10 days in July every year. A 10% discount during this event will apply for weekly bookings. A 15% discount will apply for the entire 10 day event!🤗 The extra guest rate during this event is $75.00. Airbnb Strict Cancellation Policy will be in effect during this season, except in extreme situations and equal to Airbnb Host Cancellation Policies. TIP: Plan to GO Eat Early. Most diners do not accept reservations during CFD. Guest access Access to the Hayloft is through the back door of the home. Private parking is at the back of the house also. Just go around the block and down the alley until you see a 6' white fence and pull in. Please have Uber drivers pick you up etc in back of the house. Please keep in mind other guests park here as well. Thank you!
