The house is situated on a quiet wooded lot that can view the slopes of Big Boulder at night in the winter. Directly off the game room is the outdoor patio which holds the 6 to 8 person hot tub. Located on the second floor is our large great room that has a cathedral ceiling, a floor to ceiling stone gas indoor/outdoor fireplace, a 65 ' LCD TV with Netflix, and a in house sound system. The modern kitchen is perfect for cooking for large families with its spacious granite counter top and breakfast bar which seats 3. It is fully equipped with all the basic cookware, and has a 25 cubic foot side-by-side refrigerator, a ceramic cook top stove & oven, and an over-the-range microwave. Our dining room has an 8' solid wood table with seating for 10. On the third floor there is a large 14’ x 12’ loft that overlooks the great room and has an awesome view of the outdoors through the chalet windows.
