Opened in 2023, Cevy's Place is a cozy and relaxing staycation resthouse perfect for families and groups of friends. The place offers a mini swimming pool which can be heated (optional), and lots of things to do during your stay. Our rooms can fit a total of 15-16 adults. The space Cevy's Place offers a mini-pool that can be heated if requested, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 spacious bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 1 bathtub with heater and bidet. You can cook with no additional fees and eat your food in our outdoor dining area with a view of our mini pool. Please note that this is just a guide to how many rooms you can access. Guests are responsible declare and pay for the accurate number of guests checking-in. For 1-4 Persons: only 1 Room will be accessible For 5-8 Persons: only 2 Rooms will be accessible For 9-16 Persons: all 3 Rooms will be accessible Other things to note BRINGING OF PETS: Pets are allowed in the property, subject to payment of Janitorial Fee of P200/small breed; P250/large breed per overnight stay/per pet. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. THE PAYMENT WILL BE COLLECTED DURING CHECK-IN. 𝐁𝐎𝐎𝐊𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐀𝐋𝐓𝐄𝐑𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐂𝐇𝐄𝐃𝐔𝐋𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐏𝐎𝐋𝐈𝐂𝐘 - Shortening the number of nights and reducing the number of guests is no longer allowed after booking confirmation. - In the event of emergencies, including medical situations, where you'll need to reschedule your stay, please refer to the following rescheduling policy. - Rescheduling more than 30 days before your check-in date: No charge will apply. - Rescheduling 30 days before your check-in date: A fee of 50% of the total booking amount will apply. - Rescheduling is allowed for one time only. We reserve the right to deny any rescheduling requests without prior notice. 𝐂𝐇𝐄𝐂𝐊-𝐈𝐍 & 𝐂𝐇𝐄𝐂𝐊-𝐎𝐔𝐓: Check-in is 3:00 PM and Check-out is 12:00 Noon. This is to give us ample time to clean and sanitize the entire property for our guests. If there are no guests before you, we can allow you to check in as early as 2:00 PM with no additional fees. Please respect the standard time stated. We have a grace period of 15 minutes for checkout. Beyond that, we charge P1,000 for staying past check-out time. 𝐏𝐎𝐎𝐋 𝐇𝐄𝐀𝐓𝐄𝐑 𝐃𝐈𝐒𝐂𝐋𝐀𝐈𝐌𝐄𝐑 / 𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐈𝐍𝐃𝐄𝐑 - The pool heater is subject to availability. Please inform us AT LEAST 3 DAYS before your arrival if you will be requesting a heater because we will need enough time to procure a 50kg LPG Tank which is quite limited here in Liliw. - We will NOT run the heater continuously throughout your stay due to limited gas supply. It will be turned on for 5-6 hours before you use the pool and then turned off so you can start swimming. - After the heater is turned off, the pool water will gradually cool over time but it won’t return to its original cold temperature so it will still be swimmable. - Before your arrival, we can already run the heater for you so that the pool water is already warm during your arrival. However, you still have the option to inform us what time you want us to operate the heater for you. - During the heating process, we do not recommend our guests to use the swimming pool because it prolongs the time for the pool to reach the standard temperature. - Heater prices may change without prior notice due to fluctuations in gasoline prices - Please do not expect the pool to be as hot as the water in Pansol or Los Baños, Laguna. The pool water will be warm, but not as hot as a hot spring. Please manage your expectations.
