Centrally located, clean, green, easy access to airports, railway station, market, shopping street, BKC, hospitals, colleges. Uber at doorstep. Safe, and secluded area, ample parking, dedicated work space. WiFi, AC, serviced apartment. Very Competitive Rate, Negotiations Not Needed. Broadminded, inclusive hostess. Personal servants not allowed. The space It is the only bungalow surrounded by trees in an enclosed compound in an otherwise hustling and bustling area, housing 3 private apartments, belonging to family members, mine is one of them. The space has developed organically over the years to what it is today. I have paid special attention to the inflow of light and air, keeping the rooms cool during the hot summer months and fitting out all the windows with essential mosquito netting. There are curtains on all the bedroom windows, ensuring privacy. The living room area has a cement jaali, which is covered by a metal jaali. While it may give some an impression of open, non-private space, the structure ensures that no one can see inside. There is a gate at the entrance to the bungalow, which is locked at night and is guarded by a chowkidar. One has to go through 2 more doors to access the apartment, ensuring complete safety. There is 1 AC in one bedroom only. The second bedroom does not have an AC. There is an Air purifier cum cooler. The living room, overlooking the greenery outdoors, is a great space to be in early mornings with that 1st cup of tea. I have 2 bedrooms, one is with an attached bathroom, and the toilet is separate. The second bedroom has access to a complete bathroom with toilet but not ensuite. 2 family businesses are run in the compound, so there may be some noise occasionally. The bungalow entrance is situated in a small lane off an arterial road. It may sometimes be difficult to find the lane, but my helper lady, whose number would be provided to you on booking, is ALWAYS on hand to help you reach the bungalow. No one has ever missed a booking because they couldn't find my place. The arterial road is a busy one. But the surroundings are very safe. The bungalow is ideally situated for those wishing to be close to the airports or the BKC or hospitals like Lilavati, Nanavati and Hinduja. However, if you wish to tour Mumbai, then booking in South Mumbai might be more suitable, as Juhu Beach and the Sanjay Gandhi National Park are the only sightseeing there at a distance of about 2kms and 15kms respectively from my place. The entire apartment is yours when you book. The pictures accurately reflect the space. What you see is what you'll get and the reviews are by actual guests. Please do note that I am not in the business of cheating anyone, and value my guests and my reputation very highly. I am in this business for the long term and am therefore constantly busy with the upkeep and maintenance of the place. We can offer you a cooking service by my helper lady at a small additional charge of 500₹/day, as usage of the kitchen is permitted only for making baby food or for elderly guests with special needs. For the ingredients, you may give her an advance to procure them, and she will furnish you with the accounts + leftover money (if any) at the end of your stay. If you choose to cook yourself, then washing up + gas usage charges are @ 400₹/day. Swiggy, Zomato, Uber Eats all come to the door. Check in 1.30pm onwards. Check out 10.30am . Requests for early Check-ins and late check outs ( only if possible, will be confirmed the evening before). I cannot make a commitment at the point when you book. If you'd like the assurance of an early check in or a late check out, then suggest that an extra night's booking be made. Guest access Access to my apartment is via a side entrance, up a short flight of stairs. it's a Cream coloured door as soon as you go up the stairs, with a dedicated bell by the side of the door, with the name plate, Shabnam and Imtiaz Muqbil. And a key lock box for guests with late/early check in. Key code will be provided upon booking. Guests can use all the areas inside the apartment itself. Access to the 1st floor and the next door neighbour's is strictly not permitted. Other things to note NO SMOKING INDOORS PLEASE. We provide mosquito nets, but not repellant plugs and creams. Some people have allergies against them. So please bring your own tubes or plugs as per your choice. Check in is from 1.30pm. My helper lady will be able to personally welcome you till 8pm. Beyond that guests can avail of the key lock box facility. The code will be provided upon booking.
