Beautiful studio with water views. The studio can accommodate up to 3 people since it has a queen bed and a futon. It’s ideal for 2 but can fit up to 3 people. You'll have everything you need for your stay from bedding sheets, to towels, to dishes, silverware, pans and pots, coffee maker, toaster, electric tea kettle, and electric range. For the beach we also provide beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella. The space The building is located on the side of the canal, a block away from the beach. It has a pool that is open from dawn to dusk, and a laundry room with washers and dryers which you can pay for with credit card. There is paid street parking only. Important Notice – Elevators We would like to inform you that the elevators are currently not in operation. At this time, the building management has not provided a confirmed date for when normal elevator service will be restored. Due to these circumstances, we have already applied a discount to the price to account for any potential inconvenience. Mandatory Pest Control Service In the event that the building schedules a mandatory pest control service, guests must allow access to the apartment so the service can be completed. Guests do not need to be present during the pest control visit. A member of our team will always accompany the building staff and the licensed pest control technician during the entire process. If you are concerned about your personal belongings, we can send you a video from the moment they enter the apartment until they leave. The entire process usually takes no more than 5 minutes. Please note that this pest control service is mandatory as required by the building. If the service cannot be completed because access is denied by the guest, any fines or penalties charged by the building will be the responsibility of the guest. Guest access Guests will be provided with the building access code and check in instructions to access the apartment with a digital lock. Other things to note For those traveling by car, there is an option for economical parking at Garage 6 in Miami Beach, located at 4198 Sheridan Ave. From there, you can take the free trolley on 41st Street heading east and get off at the corresponding stop. The trolley operates seven days a week from 8 am to 11 pm and has an average waiting time of 10 minutes. The ride takes about 5 minutes. Another option is to park on the street using the ParkMobile app, which charges $3.75 per hour and has a payment schedule from 9 am to 3 am. The metered parking zone covers from 23rd to 44th streets and from Collins Avenue to Indian Creek. Prices vary depending on the maximum allowed time and whether parking is on the street or in lots. Please note that the maximum allowed time may vary and should be checked when parking. Remember to pay before the assigned time ends in the ParkMobile app. You may start a new parking when the current one ends.
