Vacation home at Zehntkeller The space The flat is approx. 60 sqm and offers space for up to 2 people. It is located on the first floor above the parking spaces in the courtyard. A free parking space in the courtyard is reserved for holiday guests. The entrance to the flat is reached via an external staircase or a lift in the main building of the residential complex. The flat itself is barrier-free. The spacious hallway leads to the other rooms: the living-dining room with a kitchenette made of solid wood, the bathroom with walk-in shower and the bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and TV (digital TV, approx. 10 public channels). In front of the living-dining room there is a small terrace which can be used by the guests in summer. A washer-dryer is available in the flat free of charge. Pets are welcome, but a fee will be charged on site. We ask that they are not left on furniture or beds. Equipped with wooden furniture and a fully wooden kitchen, textiles in Ökotex standard. Free W-LAN is available. Zentral im Altort Veitshöchheim liegt die barrierearme Ferienwohnung (Nichtraucherwohnung) für 2 - 4 Personen fußläufig nur wenige Minuten zu Restaurants, Cafés, Mainufer, Rokokogarten und zum öffentlichen Nahverkehr Richtung Würzburg, Aschaffenburg oder Bamberg. 2 E-Tankstellen sind ebenfalls zu Fuß in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Moderne schalldichte Fenster sorgen trotz der zentralen Lage für einen ruhigen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen Schlafraum mit Doppelbett, ein Bad mit Dusche und einer Wohnküche mit ausziehbarem Schlafsofa (Liegefläche 1,40m). Sie ist ausgestattet mit Holzmöbeln und einer Vollholzküche sowie Textilien im ÖkotexStandard. Ein kostenpflichtiger W-Lan-Hotspot (Vodafone) ist verfügbar.
