Vacation home at Zehntkeller The space The flat is approx. 60 sqm and offers space for up to 2 people. It is located on the first floor above the parking spaces in the courtyard. A free parking space in the courtyard is reserved for holiday guests. The entrance to the flat is reached via an external staircase or a lift in the main building of the residential complex. The flat itself is barrier-free. The spacious hallway leads to the other rooms: the living-dining room with a kitchenette made of solid wood, the bathroom with walk-in shower and the bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and TV (digital TV, approx. 10 public channels). In front of the living-dining room there is a small terrace which can be used by the guests in summer. A washer-dryer is available in the flat free of charge. Pets are welcome, but a fee will be charged on site. We ask that they are not left on furniture or beds. Equipped with wooden furniture and a fully wooden kitchen, textiles in Ökotex standard. Free W-LAN is available. Centrally located in the Altort Veitshöchheim is the accessible apartment (non-smoking apartment) for 2 - 4 people within walking distance only a few minutes to restaurants, cafes, Mainufer, Rokokogarten and public transport towards Würzburg, Aschaffenburg or Bamberg. 2 electric gas stations are also within 5 minutes walking distance. Modern soundproof windows ensure a quiet stay despite the central location. The apartment has a bedroom with double bed, a bathroom with shower and a kitchen-living room with pull-out sofa bed (sleeping area 1.40 m). It is equipped with wooden furniture and solid wood kitchen as well as textiles in the ÖkotexStandard. A paid Wi-Fi hotspot (Vodafone) is available.
