This villa is designed in two independent living areas. The primary residence includes a beautifully appointed master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, an open-plan kitchen equipped with all modern amenities, a stylish dining area, a cozy living space with sofa and smart TV, as well as a convenient guest WC. In the other unit 2 guests rooms each with their own shower, sharing the double washbasin and a separate toilet. Aktion international airport is 30 min away from the villa. The space The master bedroom enjoys breathtaking views over the Bay of Paleros, where the glistening sea creates a serene backdrop. It features a queen-size bed, an elegant en-suite bathroom with a separate WC, a rain shower, and a beautifully crafted stone wash basin. Built-in wardrobes offer ample storage space. The lounge and kitchen area boast uninterrupted views through the full-length glass doors, which open directly to the outdoor areas and the impressive private infinity pool (10 × 5 m). The modern open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need, including a coffee maker, microwave, oven, hob, toaster, kettle, juicer, fridge, and washing machine. The living area provides a comfortable place to unwind—whether watching the sunrise, planning the day ahead, reading a book, or enjoying the latest films on the 50” smart TV. The sofa also offers additional sleeping space when required. A teak dining table placed near the glass doors creates a wonderful setting for evening meals with stunning views. The outdoor area is exceptionally spacious, featuring shaded zones for relaxation. A large teak dining table invites unforgettable al fresco meals, while a second fridge in the outdoor kitchen keeps drinks perfectly chilled. The two bedrooms are connected by a shared area that includes a WC and two elegant stone wash basins. The villa is a NON smoking villa. Parties are not allowed. Be aware that the pool has no fence. Always designate a responsible adult to actively supervise children when they are near the pool. A BBQ area shaded setup features a modern grill and a convenient outdoor sink, making meal prep and clean-up easy while you enjoy time outdoors. Next to the BBQ, there’s a comfortable sitting area where family and friends can gather. Whether you're lounging in cozy chairs or enjoying a meal at the outdoor table, the space is ideal for socializing or unwinding. The highlight of this area is its stunning view—positioned to offer a perfect vantage point to watch the sunset. Surrounding the villa, a large and beautiful garden has been planted with Oleanders and other traditional Greek trees, plants and herbs, giving the ultimate feeling of being in beautiful and traditional Greece.
