The house is located in Enchanted Hills located off of 550 in Rio Rancho. Welcome to our home in a quiet and safe neighborhood. We are 5 miles from I-25 and close to major shopping areas for all of your needs. We are 12 miles from Intel and 5 miles from Sandoval UNMH. We have hosted many traveling professionals and would love to host you! ***We do not accept minors under any circumstances*** The space We have a house-wide water softener, water filter and new AC unit and furnace! The room is on the east side of the house facing North. Guest access The shared bathroom, living room, and kitchen. During your stay I work remotely, and my wife is here on the weekends. I am home most of the day with my dogs Copper and Penny (unless they are going to doggy daycare) they are wonderful to be around and have very high energy and loves meeting new people! Other things to note Quiet time is 10 p.m. to 5 a.m.
