Quiet detached house in Salamina

Spend a beautiful vacation in our elegant house in Ampelakia, Salamina. Ideal for families, couples and for employees who want to combine vacation with remote work (wifi). It has a nice garden with flowers and trees. It has 2 bedrooms, a living room with a single kitchen and is fully equipped for a comfortable stay. It is located near the ferry boat and the capital (ideally located for excursions to the island), in an extremely quiet and safe neighborhood. The space The house (65 sq.m.) is located in a 250 sq.m. garden and is separated by a fence from the adjacent house. In the courtyard you can spend a lot of your time drinking your coffee, lying on the sun loungers and enjoying your breakfast or food. In the living room you will find comfortable sofas, a large dining or work table and a cupboard containing serving utensils. One of the sofas opens and becomes a bed (1 meter wide). The kitchen has everything necessary for cooking and preparing food. It connects to the living room with a pass. The house has two bedrooms. One has a double bed (mainly for couples), a comfortable wardrobe, a desk for work and a small library. The second room is more decorated to accommodate children. Up to three children (or a couple with one child or a parent with two children or two adults) can sleep in this second room. This room also has a comfortable wardrobe. The bathroom is quite large and comfortable. It has hot water from the solar water heater (for cloudy days there is a connection to the power supply). The street outside the house is very quiet because it is a dead end. Cars rarely pass by. Children can play safely in the yard and on the street.
