The Hill at Fraser Hill is located at Silverpark Resort Apartment. It has fully renovated and refurbished to not only providing a comfort living standard, we strongly emphasis in cleanliness as our top priority to our valued guests in a minimalist and modern design. Come and enjoy not only a home stay experience, but an experience which based on our own living standard. The space Guest can enjoy their breakfast or tea time relaxing at the balcony while the mountain view is just in front. Guest access The Hill Suite 36 located in high floor with lift access. The Hill Suite 36 is a two bedrooms apartment suite maximum stay up to 6 person. Master Bedroom- offer two queen size beds which comfortably sleep up to 4 adults. It has an en-suite bathroom equipped with hot and cold water supply, shampoo, shower gel, hair dryer, towel and toilet tissue. Second Bedroom- offer two single size beds which sleep for 2 adults. It also has an en-suite bathroom equipped with hot and cold water supply, shampoo, shower gel, towel and toilet tissue. This suite has a living area, dining hall and a full kitchen. There is a smart TV provided in the living area with wireless internet connection. Full Kitchen is equipment with: - Electric Stove - Toast Oven - Electric Kettle - Electric Steamboat Pot - Full size fridge - Wok, frying pan, pots, ladle, spatula - Can opener, scissor, knifes, peeler, chopping board, plastic colander, steam rack - Plates, bowls, sauce plates, cutleries for 6 persons - Glasses, cups and saucers for 6 persons - Pitcher - Dishwashing liquid, soap and kitchen cloth towel - Sink water tap come with hot and cold water supply. - The is water filter tap provided for boiling drinking water. (Please take note: cooking ingredients and seasoning such like salt/sugar/soy sauce etc are not provided. ) Other things to note ***We will collect a refundable deposit of RM200.00 which covers loss of items/ damages to the property/noise disturbances/messy condition after check out. We practice cashless, hence please instant transfer to our account before your departure. The deposit will be refunded into you bank account (after deduction, if any) within 24 hours after you have checked out. We encourage family/friends/relatives bonding, explore the nature in this undeveloped tropical rain forest highland. Hot water is supply via hot water boiler tank with limited to 25 litres capacity. It need time to boil before use. Recommend to switch on the water heater 10 minutes before use and wait for 10 minutes after each use to avoid running out of hot water supply. ***Our apartments are not suitable for parties event in order to preserve the peace and quiet in the surrounding. Hence, please adhere to our house rules, quiet time after 10am.***
