To that effect, we provide: - AC, Wi-Fi, Generator, TV - Washing machine - Medical kit, mosquito repellent, fire extinguisher - Iron, torch - Walk-in wardrobes, hangers - Geysers, towels, toiletries, hairdryer - Secured parking space for up to 2 cars The Space: BEDROOMS - Through the meandering roads laden with verdurous meadows on either side lies this uber-luxe abode with 3 bedrooms - 1 on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor. - Exuding an eclectic aura, these bedrooms offer a range of amenities such as a king-sized bed, an extra foldable and rollaway bed, AC, Wi-Fi, and a walk-in wardrobe. - All bedrooms also open up to the spacious common decks on both floors. - All bedrooms also are equipped with an ensuite bathroom. - The bedrooms on the first floor offer an unending view of the surrounding mountains and the swaying trees. BATHROOMS - There are 3 ensuite bathrooms. - All bathrooms are equipped with geysers, towels, and toiletries. - One of the bathrooms on the ground floor is also equipped with a hairdryer. COMMON AREAS - The spacious confines of this luxurious abode set in Khopoli offer a living room on the ground floor. - With eclectic interiors, it offers amenities such as an AC, TV, Wi-Fi access, and a music system. - With a snug sofa, this room can seat up to 8 people comfortably. - A walk through the spacious interiors of the living room will lead you to the dining area which can seat up to 10 people at a time. - It is also replete with an AC. - The living room opens up to a spacious deck replete with snug furnishings that can accommodate up to 4 people. - Imagine sipping on your choice of brew while being in the company of the misty winds, unending greens and the cacophony of the birds chirping. - There is another deck on the first floor with a similar setting where guests can enjoy solace and solitude in each other’s company. - The deck has ample seating space for 6 people. - The lavish deck on the ground floor also leads to the main highlight of this property, the infinity pool. - It being 30x10 ft. in size and 4 ft. in-depth, the pool is canopied by the lush green swaying trees that encircle the property. - Guests can access the pool till 10 PM. KITCHEN - Guests have access to the kitchen only for reheating purposes. - It is equipped with a microwave, oven, gas stove, and water purifier. - Crockery and cutlery are also available. FOOD - Guests can choose to order-in or eat out at nearby restaurants. - Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. Guest access The guests have access to the entire villa. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities. HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - The road leading to the villa might not be concrete. - The location of the villa is secluded. - This is not a pet-friendly home. - In case of a power outage, the generator can support all appliances for up to 6 hours. - All mobile networks work fairly well here. - Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. - Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time. - Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. - The stay is a part of a gated society. - There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas of the property. - Owing to the location of the property, guests are advised to remain cautious of bugs and insects.
