Our newly built apartment is centrally located and its 10 to 15 mins walk in the plaza and around 15-20 minutes by walk going to the newly opened SM City. We wanted you to feel like you are at your own home if you stay with us. We have two bedrooms and 4 pax can accomodate. Extra beds can be provided and total of 6 pax can sleep in the unit but kindly inform us so we can prepare the extra beds prior to your arrival. Strictly 6 pax only. The kitchen is fully furnished and you can use it, you can even wash your clothes as we also provide washing machine. Basic toiletries are provided like tissue roll, body wash and shampoo. There are two shoe racks, one rack is to place your shoes and the other one we have slippers that you can use inside the unit, kindly bring them back in the shoe rack before check out. You can use the entire unit 5, which consists of living room, TV with Netflix , Wifi, can cook in the kitchen and do laundry. Bottle of water and coffee is complimentary. Also convenience stores is also nearby there is susies cuisine where you can have meryenda and can buy deserts and delicacies. Also there is a nearby hospital and fast food around the area and close to the plaza. SM city is also nearby you can use tricycle or can just walk if you want to have a little bit of exercise. Street parking is available, the opposite lot can be use for parking, cctv in the premises. Number of persons to occupy are 4 persons .
