The space The ENTIRE Homestay is a combination of 2 units on different floors ( same building) 1) Private 2BHK with Large Balcony: • Valley Views from the Large Private Balcony • Rooms with attached bathrooms, balcony, Seti & Side table • A Hall and adjoining kitchenette with Induction stove and Induction usable crockery ( Pan, cooker and tawa) 2) Private 3 BHK with 2 Balcony: • 2 Rooms with attached attached private balcony, overlooking the valley and lush green landscape. • 2 Bathroom right outside the rooms • 1 additional Spacious Room with Street View • A Hall and kitchenette with Induction stove and Induction usable crockery ( Pan, cooker and tawa). Can accommodate upto 15 persons, groups, family & friends. 3) Additions: • All 5 Rooms have a double bed • 5 rooms ( with balcony) have an electric kettle to prepare Green Tea/Coffee/Masala Tea. • Bathrooms are equipped with handwash, bathing soap. • Each unit has an emergency light, and extension cords in the rooms. • The entire property has Free Wifi ! • Extra mattress depending on availability ------------ Suitable for weekend getaways, workations and long stays. Solo, Couples, Couples with small children, Families and Senior Citizens have stayed with us in the individual apartments! 3) Food : This is an accommodation based Homestay with Kitchenette. The Kitchenette has an Induction stove with Tawa, cooker, pan, utensils, cutlery etc for the guests to cook themselves. i) Grocery etc can be bought from the main Shoghi market ( 1.5 km or 3-4 mins drive) . Our caretaker can help get groceries or packed food from Dhabas, for a small fee ( depending on his availability) ii) Others go to the Dhabas/Diamond Bakery Shoghi at the market for their meals. iii) The rest sometimes go to Shimla. We do not provide a Cook. 4) Miscellaneous: - We do not have ACs in our homestay in Shoghi/Shimla - We can provide 1 Blower per Apartment ( any extra blower availability depends on other apartments being booked) - We have fixed number of Blankets/Comforter per Apartment - We don't have power backup - Bonfire and loud music is not allowed ( normal level music is fine) - Free PARKING is available for upto 4 cars - Please read description & check photos of the property before booking. - This is a homestay, and not a Hotel. Guest access Guests can access each of the 2BHK and 3BHK units privately. • 2BHK has access to 2 Rooms, Hall, Kitchen & Large Balcony • 3BHK has access to 3 Rooms, Hall + Kitchen & 2 Private Balcony. The 2 apartments are in the same building on different floors, separated by 30-40 steps ( hardly 30 seconds walk) Message us for Pets. Allowed with Prior permission Other things to note The property has the right to collect INR 2000 as security deposit, before check-in or during the stay. We have the facility for EV charging ( Electric Car charging) at cost. • We do not have electricity backup ( mostly Monsoon season has electricity cuts) We accept payment via cash or online ( UPI, GPay, Razorpay Link etc). No cards. This is a private property and quiet neighborhood - so we recommend you to refrain from loud music/group parties.
