Welcome to our luxury bungalow! One hour drive from Kuala Lumpur and one hour drive from KLIA Airport. This house has one of the best locations in Malaysia for recreation with a stunning Seaview and quiet guarded area. It is fully furnished and air-conditioned with a fresh water swimming pool. There are many restaurants around our neighbourhood which also has a great restaurant and bar with live music. The space It is only a 15 minutes walk to a lovely sandy beach. You have the possibility to use our Bose music system, which also has 2 speakers outside. Together with Bose system you can use the 65" Tv, which also has access to Astro service. Don´t miss the sunset over straight of Malacca. That is a magic feeling. Guest access The area downstairs has a modern look. Kitchen, dining and living area has an open concept. The kitchen is well equipped with a stove, microwave, refrigerator, ice box, dishwasher, rice cooker, coffeemaker, toaster and utensils needed in kitchen. There are also 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Upstairs, you find 2 more bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Here is also an writing desk with a beutiful sea view. From the balcony you have a stunning view of the straights of Malacca. Other things to note Please use our facilities with care as damages will be at your cost. Keep the house tidy and clean. Furniture should remain where you find them. Do not unplug any cables from the Bose system or Tv. Please ensure all windows and doors are locked when you leave the bungalow. Bring in all cushions every night, and be sure that all chairs are standing close to the round tables. Please switch of all air conditioners when not in use. Please refrain for keeping durian fruit or any foods with a strong stench in the house our in the refrigerator. Any illegal activities or substance abuse is strictly prohibited and offenders will be reported to authorities for further action. It is only 3km to the 18 hole golf course at the PD Golf and Country Club. The PD Hospital is only 3km away. At the Marina it is possible to go for a fishing tour. The Marina also has a party boat which your can rent. They also have bikes to rent.
