For questions regarding shared areas such as the pools, games room, tennis courts, or general resort facilities, the reception team will be happy to assist. The main pools are heated to approximately 28–29°C from October through April. From May to September, the heating is lowered due to lower demand, but the pool area remains open and accessible — perfect for a brave swim or enjoying a drink by the water on sunny days.
