This Stanmore Bay Beach Duplex sits amongst 7 others on a sloping site very close to the Beach. Views to Stanmore Bay and Orewa Beaches. The bottom end of our road meets the beach access at the Eastern End' All new furniture and bedding will please anyone who stays. Convenient small kitchen and lounge with TV and Soundbar for lovers of TV and Music Our front deck faces West and can be enclosed for warmth and wind protection. Max Adults is 4 and 2 Children over 2yrs The space Two bedrooms have queen beds and the second bedroom has a bunk set suitable for children. In the lounge area there are 2 single chairs and 1 3 seater. TV and Audio are in the same area. Kitchen is very close to the lounge and deck area. There is also a smaller back deck for early morning sun. Guest access All areas are accessible but not wheelchair friendly. Other things to note Please note that this unit is set up for a maximum of 4 adults and 2 children, or 2 adults and 4 children maximum.
