The screened pool includes a long in-water sun-bench and a cocktail table surrounded by more seating so you can relax while remaining in the pool. When it’s time to dry off, meander along the private side path to a secluded courtyard surrounded by mature landscaping that offers another relaxing tranquil retreat. This home has one of the shortest walks to the beach of any rental in the area, just a quick 3 minute, half-block walk. The beach is a perfect vantage point for the frequent Rocket Launches from Kennedy Space Center. The Cottage has easy access to all the major attractions in Central Florida. Located in Cape Canaveral, it is a mere 2 miles to Port Canaveral, 2.5 miles to the Cocoa Beach Pier and 17 miles to Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex. Cape Canaveral is convenient to I-95 or the Beachline Expressway, making it convenient to get to Orlando International Airport (MCO), Walt Disney World, Universal Studios or Sea World. The spa can be heated to 99 by switching to SPA mode using the pool remote. Guest access You will have access to the whole house, pool and yard.
