At the same time you are in the middle of Town where you can easily reach everything. There is a Parking space right in front of the House, and a barrier-free Elevator takes you comfortably to the Apartment. You can start your Day with a delicious Coffee on the big Balcony and enjoy all the beautiful amenities of this Apartment. So that your sleep is first-class, a cozy Box spring double Bed with Hotel-quality Bedding awaits you in the Bedroom. Furthermore, a version with a Spring Core was chosen for the Sofa bed. In addition, the Apartment has a dining area for 4 People. Then relax in the cozy Ambience, which is equipped with a 65-inch Smart-TV incl. NETFLIX and Internet-TV in UHD Quality. Enjoy your favourite Shows and Films in the best Picture Quality. On the Balcony you can expect more Seating, a large Lounge to relax and a Weber Grill for cozy Evenings. The Kitchen is fully equipped with a Stove, Fridge, Freezer, Dishwasher and everything else you need to cook delicious Food. The Bathroom offers both a Shower and a comfortable Bath. Here you can relax after an eventful Day. For your Comfort we provide fresh Towels as well as all essentials like Shower Gel and Shampoo. Make yourself at Home! Other things to note We provide quality bed linen and towels. A welcome set with Bavarian beer, water, coffee and tea also awaits you. Additional Service: - Cleaning during the stay can also be booked at an additional cost A Registration form must be completed prior to check-in. The Weber grill must be cleaned by guests after use - appropriate Equipment is available. If the Grill is not cleaned, we charge an additional cleaning fee of 50 €.
