Highland House

This home is in the heart of Augusta's historic Summerville neighborhood just blocks from restaurants and shopping. Less than 15 minutes from the Augusta Convention Center, downtown Augusta and the Augusta National. The space Built in 1926, my home was fully renovated in 2016. The home retains its historic architectural features alongside all new fixtures and appliances. There is one bedroom with a queen bed, closet storage, and dresser drawers. The second bedroom has a double bed, closet storage and dresser drawers. The third bedroom has two twin beds, a desk and chair. The second twin bed is a pop-up trundle bed that can be used either as a separate twin bed or as a drawer trundle bed. As a separate twin bed, the trundle will pop to the height of a normal bed and can be rolled to a separate room. As a drawer trundle bed, simply roll the trundle out and leave it in the down position. The bathrooms have all new plumbing and fixtures. The first bathroom has a walk-in shower and a large vanity, and there is a bathtub shower in the second. The kitchen has a refrigerator with a freezer, a dishwasher, microwave, full size oven and range. It is fully outfitted with cookware, utensils, plates and glasses. There is also a drip coffee maker, French press, toaster oven and blender. The living room has a comfortable sofa, several upholstered chairs and a television with cable and Roku TV. Guests also have access to high-speed internet. The laundry room has a washer and dryer, as well as an iron and ironing board. The front porch has two rocking chairs, and the back deck has two chairs and a table. The driveway fits two cars tandem parking. Additional parking is available on the side street one house away. Guest access Guest have access to the entire home. However, there are a few drawers, shelves, etc. with my things. I ask that guests use only the empty storage spaces provided.
