GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS  The following rules must be observed at all times during your stay at Addie’s Place property: 1. QUIET TIME: Please respect quiet hours from 10PM to 7AM. We are situated in a residential area, so any loud noise, including shouting and playing music outdoors after 10PM, is prohibited (R.A. Art. 694).  Strict compliance is a MUST as failure to comply may result in the revocation of our business permits; If non-compliance persists despite repeated reminders, will leave us no choice but to remove the unruly guests from the premises without any refund. 2. VIDEOKE: When using videoke, please ensure that all sliding doors are closed. The use of videoke is allowed until 10PM only. 3. AIR CONDITIONING: Kindly ensure that all SLIDING DOORS ARE CLOSED when the air conditioner is TURNED ON. Doing so will help retain the cool air within the living room, maintaining a moderate temperature. Apart from optimizing cooling efficiency, leaving the windows/doors open can strain the air conditioner and may lead to its eventual malfunction. 4. SMOKING: Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. 5. PETS: We regret to inform you that pets are not allowed on the premises. 6. ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES: Engaging in illegal activities, such as prostitution, possession, and/or use of illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia, is strictly prohibited within the property. 7. NUMBER OF GUESTS: Only the guests listed upon reservation are allowed to enter the property. 8. GUEST CONDUCT: Guests are expected to behave in a reasonable manner at all times. 9. CLEANLINESS: Please maintain cleanliness, especially in the kitchen, to prevent pest infestations. A cleaning fee of ₱3,000 will be charged for significant dirt or mess that requires extensive cleaning. 10. RESPONSIBLE USE: Guests are responsible for the proper use of all facilities, furniture, appliances, and equipment. The management reserves the right to hold guests liable for any damages or loss of property. Any damages or breakages must be reported to the caretaker before check-out.
