Welcome to your stylish studio on Lake Tegernsee! On about 30 m² on the 2nd floor, you can enjoy modern comfort for two and a sunny south-facing balcony with an open view of the Wallberg. King size bed (180×200 cm), sitting area, modern bathroom with shower and a compact kitchenette with coffee machine, fridge with small freezer compartment, kettle and toaster make self-catering easy. Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, elevator, digital check-in, free parking by the house. The space The studio is furnished with a large king size bed. There is fast Wi-Fi and a small kitchenette for you to cook and prepare meals. The bathroom was completely renovated in 2018 and is equipped with small toiletries for you. Guest access Access is contactless. You will receive all information about check-in by email and SMS on the day of your arrival around noon. Other things to note Spices, vinegar/oil are not included in the basic equipment, as we are not allowed to provide this for hygienic reasons. If the booked apartment is left unreasonably, we reserve the right to charge a special cleaning.
